Just a reminder to Boulder residents. The Pops and Scrapes Community survey must be postmarked by tomorrow. Or you can deliver it personally to RRC Associates, 4940 Pearl East Circle, Suite 103. Property owners in affected neighborhoods should have received this a few weeks ago via postal mail.
