Come to the Boulder Real Estate Meetup - June 1st

by Osman Parvez

The next Real Estate Meetup is this Monday, June 1st.    YOU are invited!

WHAT:  A casual opportunity to connect with buyers, sellers, and real estate related professionals in a low-key, non salesy environment.    At each event there are several short educational presentations (5 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A) on topics of general interest.    Past attendees have included property owners, renters, lenders, realtors, builders, inspectors, movers, and more.

WHERE:  1942 Broadway (SE Corner of Broadway and Pearl)

WHEN:  7-9pm

CONFIRMED PRESENTERS

Warren Hultiquist on so called "Incompatible Development": Council To Regulate Hopes and Dreams

Catherine March of March Insurance Agency:   Homeowner's Insurance 101

Scott Rodwin of Rodwin Architecture:   How to meet the residential green building codes in Boulder and a new idea for turn-key design/build green home remodeling (which can make it easier for you to sell older homes that are in need of renovation).

Note: To mix things up and keep it interesting, I often schedule one Wildcard presentation; it may not be on a real estate topic at al but it will be interesting.   Recent Wildcard presentations have included backyard chicken farming in Boulder and how to detect meth labs.
