  3. Karen. Friday listings were postponed as we focused on our clients and took some travel. Check back tomorrow, however. We should have a new post of fresh listings published for your enjoyment. It's currently in draft format, awaiting the final edit. Thanks for sticking with us.

    Nick, real state is seasonal and cyclical. It's a natural ebb and flow. The end of a cyclical is often characterized by flat pricing and increased inventory. Sometimes, prices can also fall, especially for property that needs significant improvements or where the market was overheated.
