
The anticipated changes being studied by the planning board include rezoning a significant portion of the currently industrial area surrounding the future Boulder Transit Village. This is also in the same area as the 29th Street development. With estimates for housing 10,000 people being discussed (~10% of Boulder's current housing), it's a big project with even bigger implications for the future of Boulder.
