Here's a quick note to highlight a few of the development resources we have provided with the help of Google and Flickr.
Boulder Development Map (link)

This has been mentioned a few times on the blog. It's a custom Google map that shows development projects in Boulder. Click on one of place markers, or browse through all of the locations on the left column of the page to select an individual project and see more information. The map contains a ton of information, including addresses and descriptions for each project, as well as a small, recent picture. Clicking on the picture will take you to the project’s set of photos on Flickr.
This map is regularly updated as new projects are started and existing projects finish construction. You can bookmark the map, save to "My Maps" with a Google account, or subscribe to an RSS feed to be notified when changes are made.
Development Photos (link)

This takes us to the development photos. Like the map, this collection on Flickr is regularly updated with new photos of construction progress, completed projects, and new projects. Most sets contain about a dozen photos. Here is what’s there so far:
One Penn Place | Landmark Lofts | The Walnut |
1095 Canyon | ||
Flatiron Terrace | Broadway Brownstones | The Peloton |
The Peloton, Loft | The Peloton, Two Bedroom | One Boulder Plaza |
The Holiday Neighborhood | Northfield Commons | Goose Creek Condos |
Steel Yards | 1505 Pearl | 1800 Broadway |
3120 Broadway | 29th Street | Midtown Pearl |
Boulder Transit Village | Washington Street School Cohousing | The Monstrosity |
Eldridge Building | Trinity Commons |
As always, let us know if you have any comments or spot any new construction.
