Weekend Reading

by Osman Parvez
Time for weekend reading.

That's it; enjoy the weekend!

  1. One more:

    50% off in Lousiville!

It seems the ConocoPhillips project (if we see it in the next decade or two) and future demographics, even, cannot keep prices from falling...

  2. Mish has an excellent post today re: deflation, one that may give buyers pause....

    Stopped posting?

  3. Most definitely have not stopped posting. Dallice is on vacation and I've been covering for her clients, leaving little time for blogging. I'm behind on this month's SF Report, in fact.

Stay tuned. Fresh content coming soon.

p.s. You're right, Mish's post was intriguing as often is the case.

  4. I'm interested to hear what your report has to say for January. BARA reports that SFH sales in Boulder down 50 percent YOY, condo sales in Boulder down more than 60 percent YOY, and 1 SFH property sold in Jan in Superior versus 6 in January 08. Lots of homes just popped on the market today.

Is the fall in Boulder area real estate prices about to spread to more moderately priced SFH properties (i.e. under $500K in Boulder)?

  5. Holding off on reporting bad news...for owners and realtors?

  6. Tsk, tsk Anon. Have I ever not reported market conditions?

Dallice was traveling over the past 8 weeks (she returned yesterday) and I was focused on our clients.

    Clients always come first.

The latest market update is available.
