The real estate market in Boulder is continuing to sputter along as we swing into the peak summer season. Just 50 houses and 53 attached dwellings sold in May, a year over year decrease of 36% and 38%, respectively. Inventory of houses reached 591 properties (a record) and supply of attached dwellings reached 526 units.
