Listed last September at $1.5M, this Table Mesa Tri-Level is located in the Rolling Hills subdivision. Located towards the end of a dead end street, near the cul-de-sac, it was marketed as having exceptional views, but it's not front row on the perch overlooking Viele Lake. At some point in its history, it was remodeled inside and out, including the creation of expansive and private outdoor spaces. Today, many of the finish choices are dated, but it's still an attractive and tasteful home. Most of the needed updates are simple bathroom finishes.
