Remember: You can change virtually anything about a home but its location. Screening may help reduce the exposure to Broadway, but it will likely never go away. Even if you're ok with the noise, you'll potentially suffer lower appreciation and a reduced buyer pool when it comes time to sell the home.
With all of that said, one buyer clearly disagreed. They locked it down 6 days after it hit the market. It sold last week for nearly the full asking price, cash ($526/SF).
