Originally listed at $1.55M in October, this 90's era family home is located in the Somerset neighborhood in Niwot. We often take buyers who are relocating to Boulder to see Niwot because it's a worthy alternative. You're still in close proximity to Boulder, but you get more value for the dollar in terms of larger, newer houses on expansive lots. Schools are also top performing, and Niwot has an adorable historic downtown area. Many luxury homes of this vintage haven't had much in the way of updates, but if you can find the right house, a cosmetic remodel can be worth the cost.

SQFT. The lot is over 3/4 of an acre, and Greenwood Drive is a circle, with mostly neighborhood traffic. The kitchen looks like it might have been updated sometime in the last two decades, but otherwise everything looks very original - complete with era appropriate color choices.
