A smaller four bedroom, four bath that is beautiful and striking. We almost included it in Fresh Listings except for the fact it’s directly adjacent to Eldorado Springs Drive - the main roadway to Eldorado State Park and the town of Eldorado Springs.
Why Notable?
It doesn’t back to open space, and it’s on a busy roadway, but that didn’t stop buyers from piling up the offers. It sold for a shocking $450,000 over the asking price. We would have advised our clients to pass on it. Location is the only thing that can’t be improved.
