Due Diligence
Anytime popcorn has been removed, buyers are advised to obtain documentation or have an asbestos test performed. The ceilings in these late 70's vintage buildings are potentially asbestos containing. If it was improperly removed, asbestos fibers could be airborne throughout the home and HVAC system.
