This crescent shaped building is a large semi-circle of multi-family housing in Boulder's very popular Holiday Neighborhood. All units face the park, but the creme-de-la-creme are the end units that have decks overlooking the Foothills. These units have nearly unobstructed views and feel incredibly spacious.

Why Is It Notable?
Sales here are rare. This one was on market for only two days and sold for $40K over asking, cash. Also, I told a friend who owned one of these to never sell. He did, and I'm sure he now regrets it. Are you reading this, Viktor? I'm still waiting for your mea culpa.
P.S. It doesn't make me money, but I regularly advise clients to consider holding their real estate assets, especially when they are rare and likely to throw off either substantial cash flow or enjoy rapid appreciation. This one was both.
