The homes in Carriage Hills have always intrigued me. This one was built in the 90's and looks like it has had few updates since it was constructed. Despite its age, it still checks a lot of boxes for would-be luxury home buyers in the lower foothills: close proximity to town, expansive square footage, plenty of bedrooms and other rooms for offices, generous lot, and a three car garage. Basically, all it needs is a remodel.

Almost certainly the new owner will update all the finishes, which is relatively inexpensive when the bones are solid. At only $337/SQFT not to mention 20+ acres of land, this was a good purchase.
