What Makes It Notable?
As it turns out, we had not one, but two clients seriously interested in making an offer on this house. After a lot of discussion, we encouraged both to pass on it due to the small and not very private backyard, plus the cost/timeline involved with finishing the basement. Even though it was turn-key, that didn’t extend to the basement. As it stood, the house wouldn’t have worked for either without it. Neither was interested in taking it on or jumping into what appeared to be a bidding war for the home. One was later successful in finding a better home and has since closed on it. The other is still in the hunt.
