It closed for about $100K over the list price.

In our opinion, had this property been professionally marketed and sold in the summer, it likely would have obtained $200K or more over the list price. Our team looks at a lot of mountain property, and this home was an exceptional purchase for a buyer willing to undertake the remodeling and fire mitigation work.
