A few key updates to share:
- Our team has been busy with clients in January. We now have several closings already on the books. All deals that are currently under contract or recently closed involved fierce competition.
- House Einstein has several new listings that we're preparing to take to market, one of which has already launched and under contract in Longmont. Next out the door is a gorgeous townhome in Gunbarrel, with an extensively updated kitchen and main level living area, four bedrooms, and three baths. Lastly, we have an unbelievable, and rare family compound opportunity coming up in Frasier Meadows. It will likely will be ready by early spring. We previously thought this listing was hitting the market in January, but circumstances dictate a listing in March or April.
- We've had two team members depart to pursue other opportunities, and consequently now have a new opening for an associate. Our job listing drew
over 8090 candidates, resulting in 15 first stage interviews. Likely only 3 or 4 candidates will make it to the next stage. We appreciate all the interest in the position. We hope to have hiring complete by the end of the month.
- On the buy side, we have a variety of clients seeking homes to purchase at all price ranges and locations we serve. If you're considering selling this year, please give us a call. There's a good chance we have a buyer for you. We believe in full transparency, so we'll also give you the facts about private, off-market deals. There are serious pros and cons to consider for buyers and sellers.
