What's New at House Einstein?
- - Our new listing at 2390 S. Acoma Street went active this past weekend. Check it out.
- - We're currently working on several other new listings, including a patio home in Longmont and an architecturally unique family compound opportunity in Boulder. For the latter, we've engaged an architect to produce a feasibility study for the potential to build a second home on an adjacent parcel. This represents an extremely rare opportunity for a buyer seeking to develop a multigenerational family compound.
- - For the patio home and other new listings, we're rolling out a new video series that highlights why purchasing these homes are smart decisions. We should have it complete by the end of the week. Most of our listings will now include high quality video.
- - One of upcoming Boulder listings is a four bedroom ranch in the Baseline neighborhood. At the moment, it's tenant occupied, which adds a third party to guide through the process. We're all working together to bring the home to market in early March.
- - Our townhome listing at Grandview Meadows is headed to closing this week and the seller's corresponding acquisition in Dakota Ridge is scheduled for about 10 days later. Yes, it is possible to negotiate a contingent purchase in this market. The icing on the cake is that we were able to negotiate the purchase price below list for our buyers.
- - We've hired a new associate at House Einstein and they've just completed their first week. From day one, they've added value and we're quite excited to have this talented person on board. In the end, we had over 90 applicants and interviewed 15 candidates. We'll make a formal announcement on the hire soon.
