Longmont NOTABLE SALE: 809 Tenacity Dr | $916K
Prospect is one of the most interesting and unique neighborhoods not just in Longmont, but in all of Boulder County. Conceived with a diversity of house types, colors, and community interaction in mind - the design has weathered the decades extremely well. It's one of my favorite spots in Boulder, and I routinely encourage my Boulder buyers to consider it.
809 Tenacity is an attached four bedroom, four bath townhome built in 2000. It features four bedrooms, four baths, and a two car garage. In addition to the garage space, there are two parking spots beneath the carport and a carriage house above.
Deal notes: Priced aggressively, this townhome was on the market just five days and the sale price ended $21k over list. The buyer utilized a conventional mortgage and there were no disclosed concessions.
