We took our buyers to see this five bedroom, four bath, two-story home back in July when it first hit the market. At first they were seriously considering the property, but we convinced them to pass on it due to the lack of privacy in the corner lot. Overall it was a gorgeous home, but the privacy factor was a big deal to these particular clients. We were able to find them a better option with many of the upsides of 7335 Park Circle, but not the issues associated with a corner lot - also at a far better price.
Deal notes: 7334 Park Circle was originally listed at $1.67M. It went under contract twice before finally closing at $1.61M (3.6% below list). Total time on market was about three months. It was priced right.
