There are many (oh, so many) bi-levels in Table Mesa. This particular one was acquired in mid June for $980K and was a flip. It went under contract within days of listing and sold for $1.5M, or $5K over the asking price. 

This home’s choice of finishes is eerily similar to a listing we sold a few years back on Findlay. A key difference is that our seller combined two of the upper level bedrooms to create a primary suite with an expansive walk-in closet. I wonder if they used our listing as a model for finish selection. Even the outside paint color is identical. 

The location is solid;  East facing on a relatively quiet street. Other updated bi-levels that sold earlier this year include 2895 Darley, 1410 Judson, and 3155 Heidelberg.  This comp set is strong and suggests no likely decrease in sale price in 2023.
