- Finishes are tasteful, albeit likely original from the building’s construction in 2005. The $740/month HOA might have been a bit of a deterrent for potential buyers but actually not that uncommon for a luxury flat.
- Due Diligence: Homelessness and property crime are an increasing issue in downtown Denver. The problem may continue to get worse before it gets better.
