- Offered by the original owner; a two story vacation home with five bedrooms, four baths, and a prime location only a few blocks from the après ski action on Main Street.
- The listing described this home as "one of a kind," but this home was far from from it. There was nothing special or exciting about its tired mid 90's design, finishes, and fixtures.
- Reality check: Homes large enough for sizable gatherings are rare in Frisco. There were only five sales with five or more bedrooms this year (see below). If anything makes this sale rare, it's the size of the property.
- Deal notes: 410 Pitkin was listed in August at $2.9M. Five weeks later, it was under contract and it closed at a respectable 5.2% below list or $2.75M cash. There was also an additional $7,800 concession for inspection related items.
