What Makes It Notable?

Developed in the late 90's, The Farm in Boulder Valley contains 18 custom homes on large lots in and around a working 700 acre farm and open space. These homes are scattered between two neighborhoods, Avocet Lane and Owl Lane. Many of the homes are newer, but 4376 N. 95th Street predates the subdivision and may have been the original working farm that was subdivided. It's in a private and unique setting out in the countryside.  

The interior of this four bedroom, four bath, ~3,000 SQFT house is quite dated, but the idyllic 3 acre setting and views eventually brought a buyer. The property was listed in July at $2.2M. A couple of months later, the seller dropped the price to just below $2M. It sold last week for $1.95M after about three months on market.
