- With over 7,000 finished square feet, 9006 Jason Court features five bedrooms, six baths, and an extensive renovation. For unknown reasons (likely privacy), photographs and virtual tours have been removed from the listing.
- Sales in White Hawk Ranch are sparse. Only three or four homes come to market in a given year. 9006 Jason Ct was the third sale for the year and towards the top end based on the comps.
- Deal Notes: Interestingly, the buyer’s agent did not take a commission which resulted in a higher effective sale price of $3.73M.
