It sold for full list, minus an $8000 concession (likely inspection related). This sale points to the rarity of available homes in this price range.
Due Diligence: Split layouts work well for some buyers, namely parents with older children, but are typically less popular than a layout with all the bedrooms on the same level. Something to keep in mind if future resale is a material consideration.
